Mazel Tov Kocktail Hour has brought their unique blend of klezmer, Yiddish folk music, and Ashkenazi traditions to a wide variety of stages, festivals, and community events, showcasing their passion for connecting with audiences through meaningful and celebratory music from 2007 through present moment that you are reading this. In fact they are probably booking gigs as you read.

Collaborative Projects

• Existence is Resistance: Tale of a Partisan and a Chicken: A live music puppet show blending storytelling and Jewish music, produced with the Traditional Jewish Music Foundation

• Austin Klezmer Bund: Regular collaborations with this ensemble, as part of HONK! TX (2014–2023)

• Recording with Sherry Mayrent: Partnering to record original compositions by Sherry Mayrent, further enriching the band's repertoire and contributing to the legacy of contemporary Jewish music

Notable Performances

• Poland Tour: Accompanied a Holocaust survivor to perform for the family who hid him during the Shoah, including a sold-out show in Oświęcim near Auschwitz at the "Jewish Cultural Center"

• Kraków's Kazimierz District: Sparked spontaneous dancing in the streets of this historic Jewish neighborhood

• Romania and Bulgaria with clown troupe from Uruguay

• Greece with a sailboat circus

Unique Engagements

• The band has performed at an eclectic mix of venues and events, from dive bars to mansions, dog birthday parties, and everything in between, demonstrating their adaptability and wide appeal.
