Pricing and details

Travel Fees: Travel fees apply for locations more than 10 miles from Austin capital Rates are $10 per musician plus $1 per mile per vehicle after the first 10 miles.

Booking Deposit: To secure your date, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers management and administrative fees and ensures we can reserve the day for your event.

Our musicians arrive 15 minutes early to set up and prepare, ensuring everything is ready before your event begins. For larger gatherings, we recommend adding more musicians to create a fuller, more dynamic sound.

Musician Fees: $150 per musician per hour (two-hour minimum), with a minimum of three musicians required per booking and up to 9 musicians available.

Additional Hours: $150 per musician for each additional hour.

Sound System Rental (Optional) : If you would like us to be amplified and need us provide the sound system it will cost $350 for high-quality sound system setup to ensure an exceptional listening experience.
